Penny stocks, small caps and micro caps, day trading, cash vs margin accounts, and the PDT rule explained in plain English.
PENNY STOCKS · LIVE ALERTS
Daily pre-market watchlists, live trade alerts, and a complete penny stock education built on one non-negotiable skill: risk management. Founded by trader Nickolas Torres.
WHY NXT TRADING
No signals-only hype. NXT teaches the full process — finding the setup, planning the trade, managing the risk — then puts you in the room while it happens live.
Built at 5AM, before the bell, so you start the day with names and levels instead of a scanner and a guess.
Live alerts as the movers move, with the reasoning attached — not a ticker dropped in chat with no context.
350+ pages that take you from what a penny stock is to planning a complete trade on your own.
Wake up with a plan — the watchlist is built before the market even opens.
Wait for the setup — breakouts over pre-market highs, bull flags, confirmed volume.
Define the risk first — entry, stop, and target decided before a single share is bought.
Take the small win — small gains stack; the account grows on discipline, not home runs.
Chase the green candle — buying after the move is already made, at the exact top.
Trade without a stop — hoping a loser comes back instead of deciding the exit in advance.
Size up to get even — revenge trading turns one red day into a blown account.
Hold through the halt — no plan for the news, no plan for the reopen, no way out.

THE TRADER BEHIND NXT
Nick started trading at 18 and spent over a thousand hours studying price action before NXT Trading existed. He built his own framework for risk management and market psychology — because he learned early that 90% of traders lose, and the 10% who win treat trading as risk management first.
Today he runs NXT Trading full-force: watchlists and picks every morning, live alerts on the movers during the day, and a curriculum that takes members from "what is a penny stock" to planning complete trades on their own. He studies Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
INSIDE THE COURSE
The complete NXT Trading curriculum is included with every membership. A structured path from foundations to full trade execution.
Penny stocks, small caps and micro caps, day trading, cash vs margin accounts, and the PDT rule explained in plain English.
The three-parameter scan — breaking news catalysts, sub-100M floats, and high relative volume — that builds the daily watchlist.
Candlesticks, price action, support and resistance, and confirming setups across multiple timeframes so every trade tells one story.
Breakouts over pre-market highs, bull flags, morning panics, dip buys and reversals — recognizing the patterns that repeat.
Position sizing, predetermined stops, halts and how to avoid them, and keeping losers small enough that winners matter.
Why most traders lose, how emotion wrecks good plans, and building the discipline to execute the same process every day.

FAQ
NXT Trading is a penny stock education community. You get a pre-market watchlist every morning, live trade alerts through the session, a 350+ page course, and a room of traders working the same process. It is built around risk management first — the setups matter, but how you size and exit matters more.
GET STARTED
You can show up with a watchlist, a plan and a room of traders — or without. Tomorrow morning is the only difference.
